Shipping Cost and Delivery Time
Standard delivery is free of charge with your order. SOLO MILA does not cover the shipping costs for returned items.
During your shopping, you will be provided with an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that the estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed time frame for your order. It is automatically calculated based on the total amount of time required to process your order, production and delivery process as well as your shipping address.
The estimated delivery time is based on delivery to capital cities. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas. SOLO MILA does not take responsibility for delayed shipments to remote areas or regions where the postal services are performed on certain schedules or addresses outside the Mainland.
For more rapid delivery, you may select one of the Express Shipping or Premium Shipping options. Please note that, these options only shortens the amount of the time required for processing and producing your order comparing to the free standard delivery time. They do not guarantee any specific delivery date. In the case of payment via bank transfer or if your payment doesn’t go through immediately, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the day that the payment has been received. SOLO MILA does not take any responsibility or refund the shipping charge based on any such delay.
Your order will be delivered by Classic Post Service, DHL or GLS. Delivery time may vary depending on your address location. You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. All our packages are insured during transit. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. SOLO MILA does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package has been returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, SOLO MILA reserves the right to charge the customer for the re-delivery costs.
If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you don’t know your tracking number or if the status for delivery has not changed for several days on the carrier’s website, please contact our customer support team so that they can look into the matter for you. In case of any problems, SOLO MILA will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
Each SOLO MILA store is country-specific and delivery to another country is not possible.
Deliveries can be made only to physical home or business addresses.Please note that the courier does not accept packages addressed to post office addresses and these packages are not covered by shipping insurance. In the case where the shipping address is a post office box address, SOLO MILA does not take any responsibility for delays, lost packages or address correction charges. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please make sure that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file so that it will not cause a delay in processing your order.
For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the provided address at the scheduled delivery time, please contact our customer support services to check the possibility of holding the shipment and postpone it to a further date.
Delivery outside the Mainland
If your shipping address is outside the Mainland, please note that your order may be subject to customs. SOLO MILA does not take any responsibility for the additional charges or refund any taxes and duties that may be incurred for your parcel.
